My research process follows a nonlinear guiding framework and flexibly revisits phases depending on project needs and timeline.

I conduct in-depth qualitative interviews with stakeholders and intended users to clarify project direction.
✍🏽 Explore
I dive deeper into understanding users and competitors, identifying pain points and areas of opportunity.
💻 Test
I recruit participants, record testing observations, synthesize data, and deliver results to developers.

I keep gathering insights from users and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.

I studied Linguistics & International Studies at the University of Florida. Go Gators!🐊 In my junior year, I spontaneously participated in SwampHacks VIII. After joining a team on Discord, I took on a UI designer role with no prior technical skills. Teaching myself design, collaborating with developers, and diving into Unity during the hackathon spurred my passion for UX. Since that fateful weekend, I’ve proven myself to be a proactive researcher and designer, with work enhanced by my journalistic background, linguistic expertise, and global experiences.
